 As part of Birkenhead Green Week, we’re offering free cycling proficiency sessions for kids and adults! Boost your confidence on two wheels, learn road safety skills, and discover the joy of getting around sustainably 

 Come along to the Birkenhead Green Week Garden Festival! Enjoy live music, fresh local produce, family activities, and workshops celebrating everything green and growing. A fantastic day out for all ages to connect with nature and each other.

 Bring your broken items along to our special Green Week Repair Café! Volunteers will be on hand to help you fix clothing, bikes, electronics, and more – helping you save money and reduce waste. Plus, explore creative upcycling ideas!

 Join guided nature walks around Birkenhead’s parks and green spaces during Green Week! Discover local wildlife, learn about native plants, and enjoy the benefits of time spent outdoors. Walks are family-friendly and open to all.

 Help us brighten up Birkenhead by building colourful community planters! During Green Week, we’ll be creating new spaces for flowers and herbs across the town – a fun, hands-on way to add more green to our streets.

 Get creative during Birkenhead Green Week! Join local artists to create inspiring murals and street art celebrating nature, community, and hope. A great opportunity to leave a positive, colourful mark on our neighbourhood.

 Help us give tired spaces a fresh new look! We’ll be painting park railings and community spaces during Green Week – all materials provided. Whether you're handy with a brush or just keen to help, everyone’s welcome. 

 Keep your bike rolling! Free bicycle maintenance workshops during Birkenhead Green Week will help you learn basic repairs, safety checks, and handy tips for looking after your bike – helping you travel greener and cheaper.

 Want to make a difference locally? Come to our workshop on how to report fly-tipping, broken streetlights, potholes, and more. Empower yourself to help keep Birkenhead safe, clean, and green!
